With the Zeppelin Mini, you'll get everything you've loved about Zeppelin – state-of-the-art acoustic technology, smart design, elegant connectivity – in a refreshed, compact design.
It is impossible not to note the unusual shape of the docking station, which resembles an airship only in horizontal section. The panels of the plastic case are covered with a fabric grill around the perimeter, with the exception of the rear part, where the phase inverter port and switching connectors are located. At the top there is a parabolic chrome recess, from which the podium leg grows. In the kit, you can find plastic holders for different iPhone and iPod models, which are put on the catwalk along the rails.
One of the most important features of the Zeppelin Mini concerns the organization of the signal path. Most dockers receive music from the iPod in analog format through the corresponding pins of the proprietary connector, and Zeppelin Mini is connected via USB and receives a digital stream in the original quality. It is then processed with a special DSP and amplified by a 2×18W digital amplifier. 

The modest size does not prevent the system from filling the room with music with good dynamics and even a noticeable bass. There is almost no distortion even at high volumes. Zeppelin Mini 75 mm full-range drivers in a bass reflex design with a Flowport port. 
The signal from the iPod in this system is digitally recorded, bypassing the built-in digital-to-analog converter of the gadget. This allows you to get the best sound quality from your system, especially when listening to lossless files. When you dock your iPod/iPhone, you can rotate it so that the image on the dock is in the correct orientation. In addition to the iPod/iPhone dock, the system has a USB port for connecting to a PC, and an analog stereo mini-jack input.
