This model is notable for being 31% larger than its predecessor, enhancing its acoustic capabilities to deliver even lower bass frequencies down to 20 Hz.

The design journey of the S5 2024 is rooted in meticulous research and development. Utilizing a Polytec Laser Vibrometer, Magico achieved precise measurements of cabinet vibrations, ensuring sound purity with no added coloration. The integration of the Klippel Near-Field Scanner robot further refined the speaker's acoustic performance, offering a comprehensive analysis of its sound field.
Revolutionary Cabinet and Drivers
Magico's innovative approach extends to the S5 2024’s cabinet, crafted from curved aluminum to minimize internal resonance and optimize sound damping. The internal volume increase of 31% enhances its bass capabilities, reaching depths of 20 Hz. The speaker's driver technology has undergone a significant transformation, featuring a lightweight, durable aluminum-honeycomb core, encased in graphene-reinforced carbon-fiber skins, resulting in reduced distortion.

The S5 2024's midrange and bass drivers are engineered for exceptional clarity and power. The midrange features a 6-inch diameter with advanced materials and design, providing unmatched sound precision. The dual 10-inch woofers deliver robust, clear bass, epitomizing Magico’s pursuit of perfect sound reproduction. The Magico S5 2024 Loudspeakers are set for a Q3 2024 release, with pricing at $74,500 per pair for the Softec finish and $83,000 for the high gloss option, representing a landmark achievement in high-fidelity sound.
