Compared this RPM5 to the RP6 and RP8 and preferred it in every way. When it comes to turntables, you can't beat mass. Good support and you are spot on. Nice clean and clear plastic after removing the greenish film. Thick and pliable. Jointed at the top corners for some flexibility. Very sturdy dust cover, the corner vertical edges are not bonded but due to the thick material it remains very strong. I don't consider this case flimsy, it's just not as sturdy as my Gingko case for my VPI. This case does what it was designed to do, and at a very reasonable price. Great price. Very good value for money.
