YG-3
The Powergrip YG-3 line filter distributor can be used to supply power to an AV or Hi-Fi system with a large number of components and significant power consumption. The unit is housed in a standard form factor for audio equipment, so it can be rack-mounted with other system components. Powergrip YG-3 has a thick front panel made of aluminum, on which there is an indicator that shows the value of line voltage and its frequency. The display also shows all the operating modes of the unit. The color of the indication can be set by the user.
The filter is equipped with 12 outlets, divided into six groups for independent control of switching on the connected devices. There are also two types of filters available in the Powergrip YG-3. One of them works for six outlets designed to connect ordinary devices with switching power supplies, while the other, designed for high current load, connects amplifiers and powerful AV equipment. The maximum load current for the Powergrip YG-3 is 25A, which corresponds to 5750W of power consumption.
To control the filter-distributor operation, you can use the touch buttons on its front panel, a special mobile application (Powergrip YG-3 is equipped with a Wi-Fi module), or the RS232 system connector. It is possible to set the order of switching on the equipment connected to the filter and delays of switching on, to customize the type of filtration or the mode of operation of the display. In addition, this model has very interesting additional functions. Thus, power to the connected device can be supplied automatically when it is taken out of Standby mode, and turning on the device (e.g. TV) connected to the outlet of the first group will result in power supply to all other devices connected to the Powergrip YG-3. The filter has protection against DC voltage, overload, or line voltage out of tolerance. This model has automatic phase and ground connection monitoring. The Powergrip YG-3 is a true "clean power console" that will maximize the quality and reliability of your AV equipment.
Pros
It will be one of the most pleasant purchases, after which the next step is almost unattainable.

Review
As soon as the PowerGrip YG-3 was available, I immediately ran to buy it. The goal was to get a filter that would protect the equipment, would not spoil the sound, and would have high-quality circuitry. In addition, a splitter was needed. To be honest, I was quite skeptical about the possibility of improving the sound with a surge protector. Having turned on the PowerGrip YG-3, I felt a significant effect - the sound became more dynamic, deeper, but still as rich in nuances. In other words, I can definitely say that the filter fulfills its task 100%.
