Design and trial have led to the development of the tweeter, a high-definition tweeter with a Pinnacle ring radiator. Developed by Polk Audio, it delivers ultra-clear, crisp audio at highs without unwanted coloring or distortion. The Pinnacle tweeter is equipped with a finely tuned waveguide that significantly improves the dissipation of high-frequency energy, providing a wide listening area, while a well-damped treble Speaker housing helps defeat any unwanted resonances. Certified Hi-Res, this tweeter is designed for listening to modern music, as well as multi-Channel 3D audio.

Turbine diffuser Polk designedr specifically for flagship products to provide natural mid-range reproduction, to which human ears are particularly sensitive. The core of the diffuser is made of Polk's proprietary foamed polymer, and the special asymmetric geometry significantly increases stiffness and damping without adding mass. You'll hear every detail and experience a smooth, detailed midrange and light bass.

Polk's X-Port Bass reflex incorporates an Eigentone filter (ETF) for distortion-free, light bass. It consists of a set of closed-loop tube absorbers specifically tuned to capture and eliminate traditional Speaker distortion.
