Martin Logan Motion B10 Bookshelf Speaker Gloss Black

Martin Logan Motion B10 is a bookshelf speaker with proprietary technology. The B10 offers impressive performance thanks to Gen2 FMT midbass and Woven Fiberglass, delivering a musicality and scale that is atypical for its size. Motion is the company's most ambitious acoustic and aesthetic development in Martin Logan's 40-year history. The Motion series defines elegance and performance using exclusive technology and years of experience.
Martin Logan Motion B10's Gen2 Obsidian Folded Motion Tweeter features proprietary thin-film tweeter technology. With an upgraded engine structure, the FMT Gen2 delivers higher power output and less distortion. The Folded Motion waveguide profile was carefully selected to blend harmoniously with the dispersion of the mid-range drivers, resulting in increased power output. The waveguide guarantees consistent sound quality regardless of the listener's position and minimizes unwanted reflections in the room. The design of the waveguide is crucial because it helps to control the sound dispersion pattern, ensuring that it is evenly distributed over the listening area and ensuring optimal sound quality.
The Martin Logan Motion B10 uses cutting-edge technology and the highest quality materials to deliver truly unparalleled sound quality. Their sleek, sophisticated design is an artful addition to any interior.

About brand
Martin Logan Martin Logan

Martin Logan is a Canadian/US company producing conventional subwoofer speakers as well as floor-standing, wall-mounted, and in-wall hybrid speakers using electrostatic loudspeaker and planar magnetic thin film loudspeaker technology. In 1989, and again in 1990, Inc. magazine recognized MartinLogan as one of the 500 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States. The early 1990s saw the rise of home theater with the availability of new multi-channel sources. MartinLogan delivered the world’s first electrostatic center-channel speaker, Logos, and on-wall surround-channel speakers, Stylos. Engineered for instant, accurate response, and matched to the performance levels of existing electrostatic loudspeakers, these utterly new designs established MartinLogan as a major force in home theater.By the mid-aughts, with the development of more advanced technology, MartinLogan personified superior quality and performance in the rarified electrostatic loudspeaker space. This reputation was bolstered by groundbreaking innovations throughout the early decade of the new century. These included the development of MicroPerf ESL stator technology, as well as the first use of non-ESL Advanced Thin Films. This was the seed that would ultimately bloom as Folded Motion tweeter technology. The high-end Summit electrostatic loudspeaker, first introduced in 2005, garnered rave reviews from the professional audio press for both performance and design. It pioneered the use of MartinLogan’s Ultra-Rigid AirFrame, a precision-manufactured panel frame that improved stability, and thus imaging and detail.Today, MartinLogan continues in the tradition of its innovative founders, with hands-on design and engineering, and proprietary manufacturing techniques. Constant improvements on the vanguard of electrostatic and thin film transducer technology keep MartinLogan on the cutting edge of audio innovation.
