The KA-1000-THX subwoofer amplifier is the powerful driving force behind the Klipsch THX Ultra2 system. This model offers rock-solid dependability under the most demanding conditions and allows listeners to experience all the power, detail and emotion of their favorite music and movies.
This model provides absolute reliability even in the harshest conditions and allows the listener to feel all the power, detail and emotional coloring of their favorite music and movies. This full-featured Class D amplifier, which can be placed close to all electronics, has a built-in switchable low-pass crossover, level control, a boundary gain compensation switch, and an auto-on function. This high-performance amplifier features a massive toroidal power supply that is capable of delivering 1000 watts of output power on a 4 ohm load. It can also support two subwoofers and has two RCA speaker connectors. Finished in black with a black anodized aluminum front panel and control buttons, the KA-1000-THX uses professional NL2 Speakon outputs to transmit high currents to the subwoofer. The KA-1000-THX delivers a unique, unparalleled combination of flexibility, reliability, and sound quality.
