Klipsch In-Wall Speaker THX-8000-L Black
Engineered to bring real cinema sound to the comforts of home without taking up valuable floor space, the THX-8000-L offers the ultimate performance in a hidden solution loudspeaker. It is designed for left, center or right channel use or wherever a monopole speaker is needed.
Klipsch THX-8000-L built-in speakers have the prestigious THX Ultra II certification, and when used as part of home theaters of the appropriate class, they are not inferior to traditional cabinet speakers. THX certification means that the speakers are capable of delivering the reference-level volume needed to produce convincing ambient sound in a room of up to 280 square meters. These speakers are suitable for all three front-facing home theater channels, as well as for creating stereo systems.
Klipsch THX-8000-L have a two-way configuration and are equipped with a back cover, which allows them to be mounted in hollow walls without the need for additional acoustic treatment. The enclosed speaker housing ensures that the sound pattern remains constant under various placement conditions, regardless of the wall design. The Klipsch THX-8000-L bass speaker features an aluminum diffuser, with a powerful magnetic system,and an anti-resonance basket. The bass diffuser is able to move quickly with a large amplitude, which creates a high sound pressure, as well as accurately working out dynamic peaks of the signal.
The high-frequency speaker with a titanium dome with placed in the proprietary Tractrix square horn with opening angles of 80 degrees. The symmetrical RF beam pattern allows you to place the Klipsch THX-8000-L horizontally or vertically without changing its tonal balance. For precise integration of the tweeter, its chassis is made as a single unit with a horn, and a phase divider installed in front of the tweeter dome equalizes the frequency response at high frequencies. The speaker separation filter, made from selected components, is specially configured to meet the requirements for THX systems.
