However, the first comparative listening to the “on the go” revealed that this amplifier for wealth and power in the low -frequency range and nearby does not stand with its cheaper colleague in China. Even the lower range Denon does not overlap complete pallor to the rest of its spectrum. Maybe from the point of view of audiophilia, this is a sign of the “correct bass”, but I personally prefer to rely on the reliability of the sound, and not an imposed flavor. Another unpleasant surprise was that for some reason the Japanese engineers seemed interesting to the idea that the timbral block in the oscillator was corrected only in the strip above 100-120 Hz. Dense and elastic bass, of course, is good, but this is not about this particular case. With the HF, things are much better, although not without comments that can already be attributed to the nit -picking. Otherwise, this unit at its considerable price did not demonstrate any advantages. By the way, the DAC in sound also does not exceed the cheaper analogues that will reveal any comparative “blind” test. And one more “itching” question for Japanese engineers - on what kind of Lyad they stuck two consistently connected transformers? The rest of the amplifier can be considered relatively balanced, but devoid of universality, because There are many audiomaterials, where in its case and in the absence of subtleal systems, as in younger models, you can’t do without a sub, especially with such features of a timbre block, when to use it once again, there is no desire. The only reason I put 4 stars of this unit is that he personally costs me for only 90 thousand, since he does not sound at all for the announced money, and the remote control is just an egregious example of the buzz of its manufacturers: if this is given The model belongs to the premium line, they could ensure the equipment as all-metal as in the PMA-2500, and not with a penny plastic disgrace.
