The DALI SUB M-10 D active subwoofer is designed for use in both high-end home theaters and stereo systems, and thanks to its relatively small dimensions, it fits well into a residential interior. The subwoofer is distinguished by a high-quality finish and thoughtful design, which organically combines the requirements for obtaining high-quality and deep bass, and an attractive appearance.

The subwoofer is made in a closed case and is equipped with a low-frequency speaker with a combined carbon fiber diffuser (outer layer) and paper (inner layer), and mounted on a double basket. The membrane is driven by a four-layer voice coil with a diameter of 63.5 mm, wound on an aluminum tube, and a powerful ferrite magnet.
The elastic suspension made of natural rubber ensures its movement with a large amplitude, and at the same time dampens parasitic vibrations. The diffuser geometry is chosen in such a way as to eliminate the need for a dust cap. The bass unit is mounted on the bottom panel of the case and directed into a special acoustic chamber formed by a massive aluminum base plate. This ensures a uniform distribution of low frequencies in the room, regardless of the location of the subwoofer, the location of interior items and the characteristics of the floor covering. The subwoofer body is made of fiberboard and reinforced with internal screeds to dampen resonances.

The speaker is connected to a Class D amplifier that develops 300 watts of power, capable of accurately transmitting a high-amplitude peak signal. The subwoofer power supply also operates in pulse mode, which makes the SUB M - 10 D a very economical device. The subwoofer is equipped with linear and LFE inputs, has an auto-on function and two sound modes - Cinema and Hi-Fi, which can be activated depending on the specific use of the device. The SUB M-10 D is equipped with a remote control that allows you to change the volume, filter setting frequency and absolute phase of the signal directly from the listening position. The remote also allows you to mute the sound and turn on/off the subwoofer.
