The model supports almost all modern surround sound formats: Dolby True HD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Auro-3D. The player also works with 3D Blu-ray discs and allows you to adjust the image in accordance with the viewer's sense of beauty thanks to wide settings for color, detail and video.
The MVP901's capabilities are not limited to movies: in addition to Blu-ray discs, the MVP901 readily accepts CD, SACD and DVD-Audio and outputs a signal via an eight-channel 32-bit DAC.
The HDMI output allows you to organize and control a multi-zone audio system. Files can be played both from digital media (the player has 3 USB inputs), and from the network from streaming services and BD-Live.
