The MC400 is not an AV receiver, but it has an HDMI port. In addition, Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD support is also not forgotten. According to the manufacturer, the device is certified Hi-Res Audio. The MC400 supports Spotify Connect and other streaming services, as well as multiroom management via the Magnat app. A standard remote control is also provided.
The system status (including album art) is displayed on a 2.8-inch color display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The USB port allows you to read audio from memory devices, although file systems are limited to FAT alone. There is also DLNA support, the device is connected to the network via Wi-Fi or cable.
The MC400 amplifier uses high-power bipolar transistors in its output stages, promising 60 watts in the sinusoidal channel and up to 100 peak power. Among the switching options, there is a headphone output, a subwoofer, and a recording output. There are two analog RCA inputs and one 3.5 mm audio input on the front panel. Digital inputs — optical and coaxial-are standard for processing signal resolutions up to 192 kHz/24 bits.
All this is enclosed in a robust aluminum housing with aluminum controls, standing on legs with shock-absorbing rubber inserts.
